Algo-X is a software platform for automated trading tool configuration, signal forwarding, and performance monitoring.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described here, please do not use the Service.

Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. We do not store full credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account details on our servers.

3.4 Trading-Related Configuration Data

- Account information is retained for the duration of your active account and for a reasonable period after cancellation.
- Billing and transaction records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

- Support communications are retained for as long as necessary to resolve your request and for quality assurance.

11A. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
