Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Algo-X, we value transparency and clarity. This Refund Policy outlines our strict no-refund terms for paid Pro subscriptions and other purchases. Eligible free BYO SIM access does not create a paid subscription.

2. No Refunds

All purchases, subscriptions, and payments made to Algo-X are final and non-refundable, under any circumstances. By completing a purchase or subscription, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason.

3. Free SIM Access and Pro Pricing

Eligible BYO NinjaTrader SIM access is available without a paid subscription. It is not a time-limited paid-plan trial and does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Pro is charged at $500 for the introductory first month and renews at $1,000 per month unless canceled before the next renewal. The price and renewal date are shown before checkout.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. However:

• Canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any fees already paid.
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscription fees already paid, whether fully or partially used
• Pro introductory-month and renewal charges already processed
• Any administrative or setup fees
• Trading losses incurred while using the Service
• Prop firm disqualifications, failed evaluations, or denied payouts
• Any other purchases, products, or services from Algo-X

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Algo-X does not offer refunds under exceptional circumstances. Users are encouraged to review the product details, use eligible free BYO SIM access where available, and confirm the Pro price and renewal schedule before purchase.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of these changes.
